Terms of Use (EULA)
For Apple App Store auto-renewable subscriptions, HrCloud AI also uses the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using HrCloud AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and, where applicable, the Apple standard EULA linked above. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, employees, and any other individuals accessing the platform.
2. Service Description
HrCloud AI is a cloud-based human resources management platform that provides tools for employee management, attendance tracking, leave management, document storage, payroll processing, training management, and other HR-related functions. On iOS and Android, subscriptions are sold as auto-renewable in-app purchases billed through the Apple App Store on iOS (and the device store on Android).
3. Account and Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Each company account must be managed by at least one administrator.
4. Payments and Billing
Mobile subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google according to the plan you select (Single Store or Multi Store), with monthly auto-renewal unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device account settings. Web subscriptions may be billed through Stripe. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design, are the exclusive property of HrCloud AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property; we do not claim ownership of any data you upload to the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HrCloud AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from device subscription settings (mobile) or the Billing section (web). Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
